3. User Accounts

Some of our services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

For paid services, you agree to pay all fees in accordance with the payment terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable. We reserve the right to modify our fees and charges at any time, with or without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaasAppify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SaasAppify and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services or your violation of these Terms of Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
